Discover Bank Marketing
While part of a larger creative team, I independently led the design of several marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, blog pages, illustrations, and newsletter sign-ups. I worked within Discover’s modular system to create assets tailored to different audiences — ensuring consistency with brand guidelines while introducing thoughtful visual variation.
Email Marketing
Designed and developed modular email campaigns in Sketch and Figma, tailoring variations for different audiences while maintaining a cohesive brand experience. Leveraged a templated system to efficiently create personalized layouts that felt visually distinct, on-brand, and responsive across devices.
Illustrations
Designed a custom set of icon-style illustrations in Discover’s brand palette to be used across digital touchpoints including marketing emails, blog content, and internal assets.
Modern Money Newsletter Sign-Up
Designed UI for the Modern Money newsletter sign-up module, aligning it with the blog’s visual language. Developed layouts for both desktop and mobile to improve subscriber conversion and reinforce trust through accessible design.
Bringing designs to life
During my time at MCD, I developed my animation skills and infused our designs with delightful motion. Initially, I viewed motion as one of my weaker areas, but through dedication and practice, I discovered my ability to create engaging animations. This experience taught me the value of motion and the importance of embracing challenges. I am grateful to my coworkers and mentors who supported me in honing my skills.
